Events that exceed the number of people stipulated for the house are not allowed, unless hired for this purpose.

It is not allowed hiring of music groups, dj's, fireworks, events, sound setup or receptions with guests who are not on the guest list, unless it has been expressly authorized by the LESSOR, or excessive noise, being subject to a fine of 01 (one) daily, per day of infringement in both cases.

Prohibited to produce noises that exceed sound level greater than 85 (eighty-five) decibels.

After 10 PM, no noise above 55 decibels will be allowed.

All furniture, objects, and works of art must be preserved; the client will be presented with an inventory of the main items mentioned above; any damage to the property will have to be compensated for.

Children over two (2) years of age will be counted as guests.

Merci pour l’accueil 👌🏽 de la réservation à l’entrée dans le logement tout était impeccable , une communication fluide et très à l’écoute. Le personnel de la maison a également été aux p’tits soins avec nous. Je recommande le lieu est magnifique
