Beautiful house located on the beach of Angra dos Reis, integrated with nature; it has 7 suites, 3 of them on the first floor, which facilitates access for the elderly and people with mobility difficulties, all air-conditioned with air conditioning and wifi.
The house also has: swimming pool by the sea, sauna, deck for boarding and disembarking, TV and dining room, winter garden, private bungalow and gourmet area for barbecue by the sea.
It is required to hire 03 (three) employees, being 01 (one) cook and 02 (two) helpers, at a total cost of R$550.00 per day. The daily rates of the employees are counted by the calendar days worked, not nights.
The working hours of the staff are from 9:00 to 18:00; changes and/or extensions in the schedule may be requested.
For bookings of 4 nights or more, a light charge is levied, according to the description of use on the energy clock.

It is not allowed hiring of music groups, dj's, fireworks, events, sound setup or receptions with guests who are not on the guest list, unless it has been expressly authorized by the LESSOR, or excessive noise, being subject to a fine of 01 (one) daily, per day of infringement in both cases.
Prohibited to produce noises that exceed sound level greater than 85 (eighty-five) decibels.
After 10 PM, no noise above 55 decibels will be allowed.
Children over two (2) years of age will be counted as guests.

A estadia foi maravilhosa. A casa é muito confortável e o lugar é um paraíso! O staff é extremamente atencioso, prestativo e eficiente! A Queila cozinha muito bem e os doces da Carol são incríveis! A eficiência e qualidade do serviço certamente fizeram muita diferença para os nossos dias serem tão maravilhosos. Elas ficaram até mais tarde vários dias para nos ajudar em tudo, sempre com sorriso no rosto e extrema boa vontade! Demos muita sorte com os dias lindos que fizeram, mas estava muito quente. Acho que seria válido ter alguns ventiladores de pé, principalmente na sala.

Muito legal o lugar.
A casa bem espaçosa, pé na areia. As meninas que nos ajudaram estes dias muito atenciosas, comandadas pela Queila, que cozinha muito bem além das sobremesas maravilhosas feitas pela Karol.

Don’t even know how to start... We had such a wonderful time! Fernanda has been so resourceful at all times. Helping us with everything! From getting there to itinerary! She is reliable and can provide the best tips and help you to have the best days ever!! There was absolutely no lack of communication and our experience succeeded our expectations! The house: perfect in every single way! Location, views, comfort... The staff: Queila, Monique, Carol, Batista! How lovely they are! I can’t express how thankful I am to these people for being so genuinely caring and loving. I will truly miss them!! Totally recommend this place and everything that comes within! A slice of paradise with the greatest management and staff!!! Sad we had to leave but happy to collect wonderful memories from this amazing experience!! Thanks a bunch!!

Excelente atendimento desde o primeiro contato com a Fernanda. A casa é simplesmente maravilhosa! Os funcionários da casa, Queila, Carol, Zilma e Sr Batista, super educados, atenciosos, cuidadosos! Extremamente simpáticos!! A Zilma e a Queila cozinham maravilhosamente bem!!! Nos sentimos num hotel 10 estrelas!!! Final de semana fantástico!

A estadia na casa foi maravilhosa! A casa consegue ser mais bonita ao vivo! A casa é limpa e organizada com 7 suítes! Nós éramos um grupo de 18 meninas e todas ficaram muito bem acomodadas! Os funcionários da casa são extremamente simpáticos e cozinham divinamente bem! Foi um fds incrível, num lugar paradisíaco que vamos lembrar para sempre! Recomendo a casa de olhos fechados! Nota 10/10!
