Luxurious mansion for rent located on the beach of Angra dos Reis.

The property has 5 suites, all with sea view, heated infinity pool with 25 meter lane for swimming, sauna integrated to the pool overlooking the sea, gourmet area with barbecue, changing room, deck for boats up to 100 feet and helipad.

In addition to: living room with 80 "screen, dining room, full kitchen integrated into the living room, games room, a second living room with 55" TV, gym with several appliances, generator, ice machine, Wi-fi and air conditioning in all environments.

It is required to hire 03 (three) employees a cook and (02) two helpers, at a total cost of R$ 600.00 per day. The daily rates of the employees are counted by the calendar days worked, not nights.


The working hours of the employees are from 9:00 to 18:00; changes and/or extensions in hours may be requested.

Events that exceed the number of people stipulated for the house are not allowed, unless hired for this purpose.

It is not allowed hiring of music groups, dj's, fireworks, events, sound setup or receptions with guests who are not on the guest list, unless it has been expressly authorized by the LESSOR, or excessive noise, being subject to a fine of 01 (one) daily, per day of infringement in both cases.

Prohibited to produce noises that exceed sound level greater than 85 (eighty-five) decibels.

After 10 PM, no noise above 55 decibels will be allowed.

All furniture, objects, and works of art must be preserved; the client will be presented with an inventory of the main items mentioned above; any damage to the property will have to be compensated for.

Children over two (2) years of age will be counted as guests.

Casa Marvilhosa e equipe super atenciosa. As fotos do site criam uma grande expectativa, mas as mesmas são superadas durante a estadia. Experiencia inesquecivel. Os anfritrioes que deveriam selecionar os hospedes para a casa!

Casa super equipada. Não falta absolutamente nada.
