Beautiful house with spectacular view and private beach access, designed by Urbano Arquitetura, has 2 suites, balcony with spectacular views, swimming pool, shower and gourmet space with barbecue.
It is required to hire a cook at an additional cost of R$200.00 per day. The employee's daily rates are counted by calendar days worked, not nights.
Staff working hours are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, changes/adjustments to the schedule may be required.

Events that exceed the number of people stipulated for the house are not allowed, unless hired for this purpose.
It is not allowed hiring of music groups, dj's, fireworks, events, sound setup or receptions with guests who are not on the guest list, unless it has been expressly authorized by the LESSOR, or excessive noise, being subject to a fine of 01 (one) daily, per day of infringement in both cases.
Prohibited to produce noises that exceed sound level greater than 85 (eighty-five) decibels.
After 10 PM, no noise above 55 decibels will be allowed.
All furniture, objects, and works of art must be preserved; the client will be presented with an inventory of the main items mentioned above; any damage to the property will have to be compensated for.
Children over two (2) years of age will be counted as guests.

A casa é surpreendente, nas fotos não temos como dimensionar a vista que temos de todos os cômodos da casa. Tudo foi encantador ao chegarmos a Pâmela nos recebeu com sorriso e carinho, tudo muito limpo e organizado. Estou completamente apaixonada pelo serviço que oferecem, superou muito a minha expectativa, indico a todos que experimente essa experiência que é muito mais que um simples aluguel, muito obrigada Fernanda ,,,, você é um amor de pessoa

Eh a segunda vez que me hospedo nessa casa e a experiência sempre eh boa desde a reserva, até o check out, casa possui tudo necessário para uma estadia com a família em um cantinho.super reservado ! Nós sentimos dono da praia ! Piscina, sauna, churrasqueira espetaculares! Dessa vez fomos agraciados com o Serviço da dona lena e sua filha ingrid que cuidaram das compras, fizeram o cardápio que pedimos na hora que queríamos e ainda com algumas surpresas! Bom que foi só 3 dias porque senão voltava uma bola ! Recomendo muito ! Até a próxima.em breve !!

This was our second time visiting the house with friends. We were lucky to have glorious weather so this place presented its best energy to us. A true paradise, away from crowds and busy streets. Highly recommend the service from easyhostrentals who were there every time we needed them (thank you fernanda), our lovely caretaker Candida who is super efficient and the best cook, and of course the house. We are definitely coming back. Created some unforgettable memories there. Thank you
Amazing house with spectacular views of the bay and the beach below. The pool and the area around it is perfect to relax and enjoy with friends, immersed in nature. The house is in excellent condition with everything that you may need. Attention to detail for a comfortable stay. Loved the ice maker!
If I have to mention one, that would be the narrow driveway that takes a little mastery to exit in reverse, especially for bigger cars, but you can always leave the car outside and problem solved...

A casa é exatamente como apresentada nas fotos. O local é ideal para descansar, com uma vista paradisiaca. O unico inconveniente é não ter restaurantes próximos, a proposta é ficar na casa, inclusive são oferecidas diaristas para ajudar na casa, cozinhar. Nesta época de Covid achamos um lugar super especial para descansar com distanciamento, certeza volveriamos.

Excellent property, amenities and location. The house is immersed in nature, clean and super well maintained. The decoration is very stylish for the type of establishment. We followed the host's suggestion and hired a lovely lady who shopped for groceries, cooked and cleaned for us. Our long weekend has been an unforgettable experience in every way. Highly recommend for couples or small groups of friends.

Anfitriões muito atenciosos! Casa super estilosa, bem decorada, com vista deslumbrante para o mar e natureza! Roupa de cama e banho super novos. A indicação da cozinheira foi excelente! A caseira também foi super gentil e prestativa. A noite tivemos um pequeno incomodo de uma festa com som alto, mas isso não invalidou tudo de perfeito que foi nosso final de semana! Voltaremos sempre!!

Só algumas sugestoes: 1) porta do lavabo com defeito como trata-se de porta de vidro pode ocasionar a quebra da mesma, sugiro uma manutenção. 2) banheiro da sauna não tem privacidade porque há pessoas trabalhando na área externa sugiro por persianas. 3) por uma caixa de som na área da churrasqueira.

the house was amazing, Dadau the housekeeper/chef was amazing. The place is beautiful.
The area is quite secluded, so make sure you get your shopping in or ask Dadau to get the food in for you.
She cooks enormous quantities though, so I'd definitely recommend just ordering lunch and having left-overs for dinner to avoid too much food being wasted.

Beautiful home! Breathtaking views! Private beach, great outside showers, bbq area was clean and easy to use! The rooms could be more spacious and the home is a bit hard to find (and to get to and from the main town), but the view makes up for it!! Loved our stay. Thank you Fernanda and Dadau.

Wonderdul stay in the house. The house is exactly as described: perfectly integrated in the environment, beautiful swimming pool, amazing view, great private beach with boat deck, lots of help from people working in the house, etc.
Dadau (the cook) is an absolute must-have since the house is quite isolated from the city and she cooks super super well and was super helpful and patient with us during our stay (esp since we speak very poor portuguese) !

The place is just as gorgeous as it looks. The host Fernanda was super helpful and made our time there very enjoyable along with the care taker of the house we hired. I would recommend this to anyone visiting Angra. We stayed at the house and drove to the other side to catch a fast boat to ilha Grande and Fernanda was super helpful in the questions I had to make our stay in Angra enjoyable.

Praia praticamente privativa, deliciosa! um destaque para dona Dadau, extremamente cuidadosa, discreta e prestativa!!! Nos sentimos muito bem cuidados e ela não nos deixou faltar absolutamente nada! um salve para os dadinhos de tapioca e a moqueca mista que ela faz!!! vale muito à pena contratar o serviço de cozinheira!

Our stay was incredible! The house was even better than advertised. Located on the more private side of the peninsula, it was amazing. Especially with the pool and steam room, which was one of the best I’ve ever experienced. It overlooks the protected bay, which we went paddleboarding on. The woman who took care of us and the house was exceptional, and made us gourmet meals 3 times a day. It was truly luxurious!
