The installation of professional sound equipment, hiring of musical groups, DJs, fireworks, events or receptions with guests not on the guest list are not permitted unless expressly authorized by the LANDLORD. Excessive noise is also prohibited and will be subject to a fine of one (1) day's charge for each day of infraction in both cases.
It is forbidden to produce noises exceeding a sound level of 85 (eighty-five) decibels.
From 10 PM onwards, no noise above 55 decibels will be permitted.
Children over 2 (two) years of age will be counted as guests.
