With a wide and airy architecture, the property has a relaxing living room in open concept with the dining room integrated to the relaxing balcony, providing even more natural light to the rooms.

The sauna, jacuzzi and the barbecue grill complete the fun of the property, which also has the option of an Azimut 46 speedboat.

The hiring of 2 (two) staff members with a daily rate is required, at a total cost of R$600. The staff’s daily rates are calculated based on the number of days worked.

Signed by renowned architect Hélio Pellegrino, this beautiful property has an architecture located in a privileged spot on the sand and has the capacity to accommodate up to 20 guests in its 5 suites, among them, a master with hydromassage. All rooms come with a balcony, TV and minibar.

The main floor has a beautiful open concept living room with the dining room, accompanied by a full kitchen and a relaxing private TV room. All rooms are integrated into the balcony overlooking the sea and outdoor environments.

The property also has a seaside pool, steam room, hot stub and mobile barbecue grill, all integrated to the most charming beach of Buzios.

It is required to hire 03 (three) employees, at a total cost of R$550.00 per day. The daily rates of the employees are counted for the days worked.

Water and electricity are charged according to usage. Measuring is done at check in and check out.
