Located on the paradisiacal Ferradurinha Beach, the property can accommodate up to 14 guests in its 6 bedrooms, including 4 suites.

On the main floor, a beautiful living room is in an open concept with the dining room; together, they integrate with the outdoor area where there is a large infinity pool and a gourmet area with a barbecue. The house also has a TV room, a second cinema room, and a gym.

The hiring of 2 (two) employees is required at a total cost of R$500.00 per day. The employees' daily rates are calculated based on the days worked.

Water and electricity expenses are charged according to usage. Meter readings are taken at check-in and check-out.
