Outside: swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gourmet area with barbecue grill and wood oven, ice machine and deck for boats up to 65 feet.

The house is about 10 minutes from the private beach, restaurants, and stores of Boulevard Fasano.

The condominium also has a waterfall, natural pool, heliport, restaurants, ice-cream parlor, and 24-hour security.

The hiring of two (02) employees is required, one cook and one helper, at a total cost of R$400.00 per day. The daily rates of the employees are counted by the days worked, not nights.
